Before trucks leave the sites they must drive through the HurriClean Pellet Blow-Off. A sensor detects the approaching truck, and the installation activates immediately. A green light indicates to the truck that the installation is operating at sufficient RPM and it can drive into the tunnel. Guide poles at the entrance and exit position the truck correctly as it moves through the tunnel.
\nThe driver uses a matrix board with speed indicator to maintain the correct speed in the tunnel. This speed must be maintained so that the pellets can be removed from the truck efficiently.<\/p>\n

Easy Cleaning<\/h2>\n

As the cleaning process takes place in a tunnel, the pellets only collect there on the floor and in the gutters. This prevents further spreading across the site and makes it easy for the principal to regularly clean up the collected pellets with standard equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or sweeping machine. In addition, the installation is protected against wind and rain, which increases the life span.<\/p>\n
